My most memorable dA experience is two things. 1: Was my first DD when I wasn't even home, it was so amazing seeing the support and everything for people liking my emote when I logged in randomly on my trip. 2: Was when I became a senior. It was so amazing and I don't think I'm good enough, but to know people suggested me, and thought I did so much for the community to do that makes me happily cry.
I'd say that the most memorable experience of mine here on dA is the first paypal commission order I've gotten, a few days ago, actually. My family is currently very broke, to the point where I sometimes have to ration my meals. Now, obviously, that would also mean I'd have no proper internet, and since my whole life (all social, romance, work and passion) revolves around the internet itself, I honestly sometimes feel like I could fall into depression at some point. I've been trying to get money for half a year, but luck hadn't been on my side until that commission order due to lack of exposure. But knowing that I'm finally getting somewhere now, fuels my hope and optimism more than ever.
Hope that wasn't too long. That honestly looks like 15 sentences but it's only just 5 long ones, aha.
Anyways, I have faved as well. Good luck on your giveaway!!
Most memorable experience on Deviantart? Well within minutes of joining & posting a few pieces of art they were faved & the person added me to their watch list. I couldn't fathom how someone could like my art enough to fav it let alone watch me, & though they aren't a member anymore thanks for the support! Cheers mate.
Should also mention stumbling upon the forums, oh many an hour i've wasted there laughing my way through hilarious posts.
My most memorable dA experience (with my other account, jfyi) was when I met my IRL best friend on DeviantArt. It was summer break, and I wasn't at my home town. I made an acc. on dA and started making signatures, I was a beginner. I watched a guy who had pretty awesome works. It was my IRL best friend. He didn't know it was me and I didn't know it was him. We became kinda best friends on internet and all. When I came back to my home town, I found out it was him, and I was like holy shit, lmao. This certainly has to be my most memorable moment on dA.
Acccck! It has been faved! But hey, thanks so much for being so generous to do stuff like this
Anywho, my most memorable experience on DeviantART? Welp, I guess I do enjoy watching the work of others progressively become better and better, including my own art, but uh...
I seriously met some of my derp-iest peeps that I'll ever know (and that's a good thing). They're great motivators to do my best and more in whatever I do, and that isn't limited to art. They've supported me from my bad days, stressing schoolwork, and all that jazz. They're the best and I really don't know what I would've done all these years without those cray-crays.
My most memorable moment here on DeviantART out of the total year...and almost two years I've been here...well, definitely meeting x-GlNG3RWlLL0W-x Seriously. I remember just flying around on the homepage on my RP account, refreshing, and seeing one of her arts. I really liked it, so the gurl deserved a watch. Soon I started commenting and..from there on out we became buddies. I watched her on my main account, this one, because she's the most fabusome gurl ever. Now, we chat constantly. Notes, comments, everythin' 0w0.
Skybold was like, the best buddy I've ever met here on DeviantART. Seriously. No jokes. Always got my buddy's back 030
Soooo...meeting Skybold was my most memorable moment~
Also, my most memorable moment would probably be getting compliments on my work. They really mean a lot to me, because I never thought anyone would except my drawings like they do, so.. yeah. And the fact I got some friends out of it, too! It may not be that long that we've talked yet, but I really like them! It makes me happy to know there are people in the deviantART community who like me and my work, it shows there are some awesome people out there. ^^
my most memorable moment was probably getting my first watch and favorites. And also my previous account got deactivated because of my age heheh but hey i made a new one. But getting praises and kind words from people are seriously one of the best things that happenned in my life ♥ even tho i'm still a brat and i'm faaaar away from good, hearing those kind words from people really made me happy and warm inside ♥
my most memorable moment was prolly looking through my old deviations compared to my new ones after about 8 months. they showed more improvement than i had ever made in the couple years before. im really glad i joined because i have seen so many great artists in these past months and learned a lot even though im far from good, i know that there are still lots of artists on deviantart and lots of great artwork to learn from .
My whole experience in dA has been memorable, this place really became my second home, but if I have to pick one moment, it was definitely being offered the Fan Art CV position back in 2010 right after getting seniority, it was all a really important time for me because I enjoyed being a part of the community so much that this would mean I could reach even more people and it was just amazing, especially because I got to do it along one of the most awesome people here rydi1689 and with the help of the absolutely fantastic aunjuli. Great times!
My most memorable experience is when I got my first watch. I had been on dA for 2 months and hadn't got any watches and only a few favourites. I was thinking of leaving deviantart but after I got my first watch I decided to stay on and now I have 22 watchers! 22 isn't that much for some people but it is a lot of encouragement for me. When I got my first watch I was really happy.
My most memorable moment on deviantART was the first time someone watched me. When I first joined here, I was certain my art would go unnoticed. Seeing that someone had watched me was an unforgettable experience... that has inspired to continue drawing on deviantART. <3
did all, here's my journal ixirhell.deviantart.com/journa… my most memorable moment on deviantart was the time i had to deal with some art theft. it was really stressful but i stayed calm and positive. it was really nice to see how supportive all my watchers are as they helped me get the person to take down the stolen work. after a few weeks of back and forth, the help desk then banned the user and i haven't had an issue since so i'm glad!
My most memorable moment on DA is talking to my some of my Deviantart idols, which felt nice since i don't any one to talk to. One of my idols gave me inspiration and got me back into digital art, when i made a come back in 2013.
Faved and also featured you, 3 deviations, and this giveaway in my journal here: gortholomew.deviantart.com/jou… Today, I got my 7th watcher! I know that doesn't mean a lot to most people on here but it's really exciting for me~ It makes me happy to that someone likes my pixels enough to want to know when I upload new stuff (: It may sound super corny but I really do appreciate my fans and they motivate me to get better and post more of my work~ I sent you a Llama just because you're awesome for doing this
My most memorable experience was probably when I made my first devientation and got a comment because of it. I don't really think my art is that good but when I got that comment, I felt euphoric. I was literally jumping up and down in front of my laptop. Without that comment, I think by now I might have given up on deviantatArt thinking no one would like my work but the fact that someone took time out of their life to look at my work and comment about it gave me hope.
